Cancellation requests made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 75% refund.

In the unfortunate event of last-minute cancellations due to illness, we require medical proof for consideration.

Cancellations made within 48 hours do not result in charges or penalties.

No-show customers will be charged the full amount of the excursion. For group bookings, penalties apply to individuals who fail to attend.

In the event of a change in the ship’s itinerary to another destination, clients will receive a refund via the original payment method.
